In that case, the Right to Speedy Trial was included within the umbrella of Art 21 which guarantees Right to Life & Personal Liberty

But do read it directly from texts and its Commentaries once before ruling it out.
Essays on the Gita by Sri Aurobindo is complex but a good intro.
